Whatever happened to Hadaken? His conversions ruled, even with the one getting trashed. Did nu-nukinja drive him off?

why are you gray? never heard of Hadaken, pictures?

Please, stop feeding my cravings. PLEASE!
In addition to searching for an 04 Disco in the classifieds, I've started to look at quad-cab Tacos for overland conversion possibilities. This van just makes it even worse.
I don't need a divorce.

Oh, the van you posted is made by these guys: http://www.sportsmobile.com/4_4x4sports.ht… . And it's a camper van! RAISE THE ROOF! Now that's camping with style.

You'll need a divorce and to sell your house to buy a sportsmobile, so don't even think about it.

Hadaken was an old-time Oppoite, who owned two Cummins'ed E-series vans. He got COTD/partial COTD three times:

He's been around less of late, it seems, but on checking, doesn't appear to be gone as such:
A lot of his cooler posts were wiped out in the transition, I think.

Arctic trucks conversions?

They specialize in Toyota's don't they. These Icelandic lifted vans and suv's go by the common name of super jeep. There are probably quite a few companies that build these in Iceland.

I've been deuces a lot lately. I cannot believe how cheap these things are to buy. Seriously debating between one of these and a motorcycle...

I've got a serious thing for dueces. One day I will own one.

$6,000 gets you a decent one - $10,000 gets you a nice one. They are probably a bit harder to find out west though.

I saw one in the wild last summer.

They are common in utah...relatively speaking that is. I dig um all sorts of ways.

They're not exactly vans but there's a company called Earthroamer that makes some pretty cool F-Series conversions

Big earthroamer fan, I like their take on self sustained and survivability. Also a favorite, earth cruiser
